NAI Realvest negotiates new lease agreement for Plato’s Closet at Good Homes Plaza in Ocoee

MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently completed a new retail lease of 4,400 square feet at Good Homes Plaza, 8892 W. Colonial Drive in Ocoee in West Orange County.

Mez Birdie, CCIM, director of retail services at NAI Realvest, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant Plato’s Closet. Birdie relocated the store, which specializes in gently used teen trendy clothing, from its previous location in Ocoee.

The landlord is EDENS of Columbia, S.C. Mez Birdie has done multiple Plato’s Closet lease transaction.
