M/I Homes readies four ready-to-move-in homes at Auburndale Estates in Polk County

LAKE MARY, Fla. --- M/I Homes recently completed four ready-to-move-in homes at Auburndale Estates, located off Adams Rd. in Auburndale in Polk County. David Byrnes, area president of M/I Homes in the Orlando region, said 40 home sites are available in this gated community where homes range in size from 2,300 square feet of living area to 5,200 square feet. The four ready-to-move-in homes are priced from $230,000 to $345,000 and range from 2,311 square feet of living space to 4,700 square feet, Byrnes said. Three to five-bedroom homes at Auburndale Estates are priced from $197,000 to $350,000 Byrnes added.
