Lennar opens 10 New Premium Home Sites in Next Phase at Twin Eagles Golf Course Community in Naples

NAPLES, Fla. --- Lennar Southwest recently opened 10 new premium home sites for sale in the next phase at Twin Eagles Golf Course community off Immokalee Rd. in Naples. Matt Devereaux, vice president of sales and marketing for Lennar in Southwest Florida, said all the new home sites in the new phase of Twin Eagles have views of the Twin Eagles Golf Course and nature preserve. Devereaux said all new homes in the 600 member golf and country club community are priced from $399,990. In addition to an 18-hole championship golf course and 47,000 square foot clubhouse, Twin Eagles offers miles of biking, jogging and walking paths and future plans that include a fitness center and swimming pool.
