Royal Oak Homes hosted Open House at Hammock Reserve in Clermont

CLERMONT, Fla. --- Royal Oak Homes, a third generation family home builder whose tract record includes more than 14,000 new homes in Central Florida over the past 30 years, recently hosted an Open House for area Realtors and the general public at Hammock Reserve, located off Hammock Ridge Rd. in Clermont. Matt Orosz, co-president at Royal Oak Homes, said the event highlighted Royal Oak Home’s growth in the West Orange and South Lake areas, with five communities in Clermont, Winter Garden and Apopka. Orosz said Royal Oak is building three, four, five, six and seven-bedroom single-family homes at Hammock Reserve. New Royal Oak built homes at Hammock Reserve range in size from 2,291 square feet of living space to 4,731 square feet priced from the low $200s. Seven distinctive Royal Oak floor plans are available at Hammock Ridge in one and two-story designs. Royal Oak Homes builds single-family homes in 10 Central Florida communities.
