Kenneth LaRoe, chairman and chief executive officer, said he believes that First Green Bank is also the first bank in Florida to make a 100 percent commitment to install electric vehicle charging stations at all of its locations. First Green Bank’s Clermont facility was the area’s first to install an electric vehicle charging station.

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Cuhaci & Peterson Architects LLC, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, was recently awarded a contract to design the remodeling of Michael’s Arts & Crafts store located in Altamonte Springs.
National Retail Properties awarded the contract to remodel the 25,000 square foot retail facility, Cuhaci & Peterson chairman Lonnie Peterson said.

Lennar’s Central Florida Division Appoints Dean Luce Director of Orlando Operations
ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which builds new single-family, manor, villa, vacation and townhomes, has named Dean Luce director of Orlando operations.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Luce earned her MBA from the University of Central Florida and B.A. degree from Florida Atlantic University. Luce has more than 12 years of experience as a home building executive.
“Our Orlando division has become more productive as the pace of the economic recovery in those areas has increased,” Metheny said.
“We are very pleased to have someone of Dean Luce’s caliber join our Orlando operation and we expect she will play an integral role in our continued growth there,” Metheny said.
Lennar’s Central Florida Division recently reported it sold more than 200 homes during July.
