TAMPA, Fla. - Beazer Homes will offer free home buyer seminars from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 7 at Dupree Lakes* in Land O’Lakes and on March 14 at Sawgrass* in Pinellas Park. *(Locations below)
Alan Beulah, sales manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa region, said both seminars are free to the public.
Experts in housing credit, mortgage loans and financing will be on hand to explain today’s mortgage and credit requirements and state and federal mortgage assistance programs and to answer any questions.
“Mortgage financing is available today at historically low rates and we want everyone to know about it,” said Beulah. “Both seminars are open from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and are free to the public,” he said.
*Dupree Lakes is located on Tigerflower Court off of Ehren’s Cutoff and U.S. 41. *Sawgrass is located on 68th Terrace off Park Blvd. and U.S. 19.
