ORLANDO, Fla. - Lennar’s Central Florida Division is hosting a month-long grand opening to showcase new three-bedroom town homes priced from the $210s at Wekiva Landing, located on Hunt Club Rd. in Longwood.
Paul V. Brooks, director of sales and marketing for Lennar’s Central Florida Division in Orlando, said new town homes at Wekiva Landing range in size from 1,484 square feet of living space to 1,775 square feet.
Brooks said Lennar has opened one fully-furnished model home at Wekiva Landing.
