Beazer Homes to Start Construction of Third Phase at The Enclave at Moss Park in East Orlando
ORLANDO, Fla. - Beazer Homes plans to start construction of a third phase in January at The Enclave at Moss Park, located off Moss Park Road and Great Commission Way in southeast Orlando.
Theresa Tilton, vice president of sales and marketing for Beazer Homes Florida, said only eight three and four-bedroom single-family homes and 18 town homes remain for sale in the second phase at The Enclave at Moss Park.
New single-family homes at the Enclave at Moss Park range in price from the high $100s. New town homes at The Enclave at Moss Park are priced from $155,990.
