Melrose-Sovereign Companies awarded contract to manage Ashburn Square Town Homes in Tampa
ORLANDO, Fla. - Melrose-Sovereign Companies, the property management firm that specializes in residential communities and multi-family properties throughout Florida, was recently awarded a contract to manage Ashburn Square Town Homes, located off Falkenburg Road in Tampa.
Jack Hanson and Ellen Lumpkin, co-founders and principals at Melrose-Sovereign Companies based in Orlando, said the Maronda Homes community includes 298 town homes.
Melrose-Sovereign Companies currently manages properties for more than 150 developers, investors and owners throughout Florida.
Melrose-Sovereign Companies, formed in 2008 with the merger of Melrose Management Group and Sovereign Residential Services in Orlando, currently employs more than 100 property management specialists at offices in Jacksonville, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Tampa, Palm Harbor, Bradenton/Sarasota, Port Charlotte and Fort Myers.
