ORLANDO, Fla. - Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida has appointed Eric Penaranda an associate in its Industrial Services Group in Orlando.

Jeff Sweeney, SIOR, president and managing principal of Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida in Orlando, Tampa and Melbourne, said Penaranda holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Real Estate and Building Construction from the University of North Florida and has more than three years of experience in commercial real estate.

Penaranda was most recently a project manager for Hardin Construction before joining Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida.
