Ashton Woods Homes Introduces Two New Smaller, Smarter Prototype Homes at Palm Cove in Wesley Chapel

TAMPA, Fla. - Ashton Woods Homes is introducing two new prototype homes at Palm Cove, located off Boyette Rd. and S.R. 54 in Wesley Chapel in Pasco County.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Tampa region, said the three-bedroom two-bath single-family homes could represent the future of Florida’s home building industry.

“We’re building smaller, smarter homes,” Roche said. “Our PowerHouse Green and Environments for Living technology enhances the performance of the home and dramatically lowers energy costs by an average of 15 to 25 percent,” he said.

Ranging from 1,339 square feet of living space to 1,530 square feet, the new prototype homes are easier to maintain and less expensive to own, Roche said.
