Maitland, Fla. --- NAI Realvest has been selected as exclusive sales and marketing agents for a 78-acre commercial site located off Rt. 100 East of I-95 in Palm Coast.
Paul P. Partyka, principal and managing director of NAI Realvest, said the Colbert Commercial Center site is fully entitled to develop over 750,000 square feet of commercial mixed-use space.
NAI Realvest will launch an international marketing campaign to sell the site.
