Lennar Reports it Sold More Than 150 New Homes in 2009 at Stoneybrook at Venice

VENICE, Fla. --- Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division reported it sold more than 150 new homes in 2009 at Stoneybrook at Venice, a gated community located on North River Road at Center Road, west of I-75 in Venice.

Matt Devereaux, director of sales for Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division, said community amenities and low pricing with exciting new home styles at Stoneybrook at Venice proved to be the biggest draws in 2009.
