WESLEY CHAPEL - Ashton Woods Homes recently opened two new ready-to-move-in homes priced from under $140,000 and has four more under construction at Palm Cove, located off Boyette Road and S.R. 54 in Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing at Ashton Woods Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the new homes range in size from 1,339 square feet of living space to 2,764 square feet.
Roche said all six new homes will qualify for the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit and the $6,500 tax credit for existing home owners.
The deadline to take advantage of home buyer tax credit incentives is April 30 for contracts and June 30 for closings.
