ICI Homes Earns First Place Award for Avilla Community in Kissimmee

ORLANDO - Avilla, the gated luxury home community ICI Homes is developing in Kissimmee off John Young Parkway and Osceola Parkway earned ICI Homes a First Place Award during the recent Metro Orlando Parade of Homes for Best Small Community of fewer than 100 home sites.

Charlie O’Sullivan, Central Florida division president of ICI Homes, said the California Contemporary design theme at Avilla caught the eye of Parade of Home judges and visitors alike.

“We are delighted with the award, and even more delighted at the number of visitors we entertained during the Parade,” O’Sullivan said.
