Atlanta Property Group acquires The Park at Perimeter Center East, Partners with Lavista Associates to lease the Three Office Buildings in Atlanta

ATLANTA - Atlanta Property Group (APG) recently acquired three mid-rise office buildings totaling 284,000 square feet at 41, 47 and 53 Perimeter Center East in Atlanta and have rebranded the property as “The Park at Perimeter Center East.”

The transaction represents one of the few significant office acquisitions in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket in the past two years, Court Thomas, a partner at Atlanta Property Group, said.

“The Park at Perimeter Center East is a compelling opportunity for tenants,” Thomas said. “We have ample capital available for renovations, tenant improvements and leasing commissions, and our basis will allow us to compete aggressively for new tenants,” he explained.

Thomas said extensive renovations are already underway at The Park at Perimeter Center East, including upgrades to the lobbies, corridors, restrooms and building systems.

APG partnered with Atlanta-based Lavista Associates, Inc. to rebrand the buildings and have named Lavista Associates exclusive leasing representatives for the five and six- story buildings which are currently 50 percent occupied. Austin Chase and Kirven Brantley will be the on-site leasing representatives for Lavista at The Park at Perimeter Center East.

Lincoln Property Company will manage the properties.
