LONGWOOD - Cotter Ryan Commercial, LLC in Longwood was recently awarded a contract to complete tenant improvements for law offices that will open in the Osceola Corporate Center, located off Greenwall Way in Kissimmee.
Scott Ryan, president of Cotter-Ryan Commercial LLC, said the construction work is estimated to cost $125,000.
