TAMPA – Two town homes are ready for immediate move-in priced from $109,990 at Sawgrass Village, located at 4734 68th Terrace, south of Park Blvd. in Pinellas Park.
Kareyann Rhodes, sales manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said both two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath town homes with 1,208 square feet of living space are the last remaining town homes at Sawgrass Village without garage but designated parking is featured.
Beazer also has town homes that range from 1,416 to 1,496 square feet of living area with two and three bedrooms at Sawgrass Village priced from the high $140s, Rhodes said. These townhomes will come with a one-car garage. Three are available for immediate move-in and six more under construction will open in June.
Rhodes said Beazer Homes is giving away washer, dryer, refrigerator and new blinds with each of the new town homes purchased before Feb. 27.
Sawgrass Village features a resort-style community swimming pool with a covered cabana, with easy commute to Tampa’s shopping venues and beaches.
