PONTE VEDRA, Fla. – More than 1,100 potential home buyers visited Del Webb’s grand opening of it’s $4.6 million model park at Riverwood in Nocatee. Riverwood is a Del Webb community for those 55 or better and is within the 15,000 acre master-planned community, Nocatee.
Sean Strickler, vice president of sales and marketing of Del Webb in North Florida, said the response exceeded everyone’s expectations during the weekend event.
“What an awesome event,” Strickler said. “We were thrilled with the turnout and people were so gracious. All along we’ve felt Riverwood in Nocatee will be one of our most successful active adult communities and our grand opening event certainly starts us off in that direction. The response further affirms that Del Webb is the leader in active adult communities.” Strickler said.
Del Webb plans to build 1,988 single family homes and carriage homes in Riverwood.
New single-family homes priced from the $160s to the $300s at Riverwood in Nocatee range in size from 1,392 square feet of living space to 2,611 square feet, with nine beautiful new models.
Riverwood by Del Webb features world class amenities and the 37,800 square foot Anastasia Club at Riverwood, one of the largest clubhouses of any active adult community in Florida.
Strickler said the $14 million facility scheduled to open in June features a grand ballroom, social café, fitness center with Techno-gym equipment, movement studio, indoor spa, steam and sauna room, indoor and outdoor pools, outside tennis courts, pickleball courts and bocce ball courts.
Residents of Riverwood will also enjoy their very own Central Park, where they can actively garden or enjoy an outdoor concert in the amphitheater.
Nocatee also features its very own Splash Water Park, fitness center and planned activities for residents and families.
