“Most of our clients visit Zillow and some of our clients use it as an absolute guide,” Sanzalone said.

“So-called word-of-mouth is the best form of advertising you can have in any business, but it’s doubly important in real estate,” Sanzalone said. The Internet and web portals like Zillow have made it so much more productive, and I can say with certainty that clients take ‘customer reviews’ to heart when choosing a Realtor,” she said.
