DeBary, Fla. --- Riviera Bella, the unique gated luxury community the Henin Group is developing on the St. Johns River in DeBary, won a Merit Award as one of Central Florida’s best Master-Planned Communities during the Metro Orlando Home Builders Association’s 2011 Parade of Homes recently.
Roger Van Auker, vice president of site development at Riviera Bella, said he was pleased with the recognition.
