WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes US Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, recently named Melissa J. Valley a new home counselor in its Orlando Division.
Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes US Group, said Valley has more than 10 years of experience in the new home industry and most recently was an award-winning top sales executive with Winter Park custom homebuilder Arlington Homes.
Prior to her real estate career, Valley was both a senior sales manager with Marriott International in Orlando for 13 years as well as the owner-operator of a personal fitness business.
“Throughout her sales career Melissa consistently ranked among top achievers and involved herself in continuing education and success training. She is a true professional and we are very fortunate to have her on our team,” Parker said
Valley will be assisting new home buyers at Mattamy’s Orlando communities of City Homes at Baldwin Park, Enclave at Lake Jean and at Lake Nona Preserve when it opens this summer.
