Ashton Woods Homes will have two new models for viewing at Reserve at Berkshire Park in Windermere, Six new designs offered

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes will have two new furnished models for viewing starting July 8 at its community of Reserve at Berkshire Park, located off Overstreet Road and C.R. 535 in Windermere.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said the models are among the six new designs Ashton Woods is introducing at Berkshire Park that range from 2,066 to 3,518 square feet of living area, and are priced from $234,900.

The Carlisle model has four bedrooms with a loft, three-and-a-half baths in 2,961 square feet of living area and features a second floor master bedroom and a three-car garage. The plan is priced from $299,900.

The Sheffield model has 2,995 square feet and offers four bedrooms, a loft, game room, three-and-a-half baths and three car garage, with a master suite on the first floor, priced from $309,900, Roche said.
