John Crossman, president of Crossman & Company, said Katterfield is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and has more than five years of real estate experience. During his career he has focused on management of client relationships, lead generation and relationship development, landlord and tenant representation, transactional services, direct marketing and target tenant identification, strategic investment analysis and market review for acquisition and disposition of commercial property.
