ORLANDO Fla., --- Geocove, Inc., an Orlando technology firm that provides assessment, reporting and mapping tools for emergency management, building officials, public health, utilities and other public and private agencies and corporations, will showcase its newest GIS mapping and assessment technology at the Esri International User Conference July 11-15 in San Diego.
Karyn Tareen, president and chief executive officer at Geocove, said more than 12,000 GIS professionals have registered for the conference. Esri is the world’s leading provider of GIS mapping software.
“We will be demonstrating the newest Version 5 of our ARM360 assessment solution, which includes Search and Rescue tools, Deployment tools, tools for windshield and worksheet damage assessment, custom web reporting and public health data collections,” Tareen explained.
Tareen also plans to exhibit photographs of Geocove technicians on the ground in Tuscaloosa, Ala. and Joplin, Mo. where Geocove aided public agency officials in assessing widespread damage following the recent tornados.
Geocove, a University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program client in the Central Florida Research Park, will participate in the Homeland Security Summit at the conference, Tareen said.
