Lennar’s Central Florida Division opening new community of Panther Trace in Riverview, presales underway

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division will open its newest community in the Tampa Bay region in Riverview off U.S. 301 with 86 single family home sites.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Lennar homes at Panther Trace will range from 2,000 square feet to 3,800 square feet. Homes will be priced in the mid-$100s, Metheny said.

The first model is now under construction and will be available for viewing later this summer, Metheny said.
