Mattamy Homes in Jacksonville Takes Laurel Awards for Sales and Marketing

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes earned Laurel Awards from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) recently.

Kerry Soltis, marketing manager for Mattamy Homes in Jacksonville, said Mattamy Homes earned two Laurel awards.

“We won a Laurel award for the best full page color print advertisement for its “9 ways to enjoy the open house tour this weekend” published in the Florida Times Union and St. Augustine Record,” Soltis said. Mattamy earned a second Laurel award for the Best Sales Center Under 800 Square Feet at Cedar Bay in Jacksonville.

Two Jacksonville interior design firms won four Laurel awards for their work decorating Mattamy model homes, Soltis said.

Chandler Design won Laurel awards for merchandising the Kaila model home at Greenleaf Village at Nocatee in Ponte Verde, the Lancaster model home at Cedar Bay, and the Rosebury model home at Old Sebastian Point in St. Augustine.

Sisler Johnston Interiors won a Laurel award for merchandising Mattamy’s Sydney model home at The Colony at Greenbriar in St. Johns County.
