CHARLOTTE, N.C. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, will start construction of the new two-story Violet model home within the next 30 days at the Vermillion community, located in Huntersville in North Mecklenburg County one mile from I-77 and minutes from popular Lake Norman.
Bill Kiselick division president for Mattamy Homes in the Charlotte region said the Violet model home offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a loft in 3,059 square feet of living space with a two-car garage, and is priced from $234,990.
The Violet model home is one of 10 “Dilworth” inspired Craftsman style homes available at Vermillion that features wide porches, nine foot ceilings and eight foot doors on the first floor, wide open windows, fully sodden yards and designer exterior color packages, Kiselick said.
The Violet model home will open in October. Mattamy Homes plans to build 38 single family homes at Vermillion.
