ORLANDO, Fla – Beazer Homes has started presales of 157 single family homes it plans to build at Woodland Lakes Preserve, located off Curry Ford Road near Alafaya Trail in east Orlando.
David Byrnes, president of Beazer Homes in Orlando, said the home builder has started construction of the first model home at Woodland Lakes.
The model home has 2,546 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage.
New one and two story homes at Woodland Lakes Preserve, with three, four and five bedrooms, range in size from 1,600 square feet of living space to 3,200 square feet of living space priced from $199,990.
Beazer Homes at Woodland Lakes Preserve are being built with eSMART features that increase energy and water efficiency and indoor air quality.
Byrnes said a grand opening is planned for September, when construction of the model home is completed.
