LONGWOOD, Fla. --- Cotter Ryan Commercial LLC will relocate in September to new headquarters facilities the company designed and built at Savannah Park at Heathrow.
Scott Ryan, founder and president of Cotter-Ryan Commercial LLC, said the new facilities at 5739 Bryan Anthony Place totals 6,000 square feet of space. Cotter Ryan is currently talking to another company interested in leasing some 3,000 square feet in the building, Ryan said.
