PALM COAST, Fla. --- ICI Homes, which ranks as one of the nation’s top 100 luxury home builders and community developers, plans to unveil a new luxury model home in September at Wild Oaks at Grand Haven in Palm Coast.
Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing at ICI Homes, said the Egret II model home offers three bedrooms and three baths, plus study in 2,969 square feet of living space with a three-car garage.
Special features of the Egret II include gallery style foyer, large outdoor living area and a guest wing with two baths.
The Egret II model home, located on Willow Oak Way off Colbert Lane, is priced from the $300s.
