Lennar Reports Sales of 200 New Homes in Central Florida Region in July

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division reports it sold more than 200 single-family, manor, villa, vacation and town homes across the Central Florida area during the month of July.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which builds new homes in Tampa and the Orlando and Space Coast regions, said Lennar’s summer “Everything’s Included” promotion, which offers a wide range of upgrades and special features included in the cost, and a July promotion that offered zero down, zero closing costs and low-interest fixed-rate mortgage financing contributed to the sales surge.

“We have historically low interest rates, dramatically reduced prices, available inventory and exceptional special offers, so all the stars are aligned for the homebuying deal of a lifetime,” Metheny said.
