WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes recently hosted a grand opening to showcase two new model townhomes at Nona Preserve at Lake Nona, its new town home community located on Narcoossee Road in southeast Orlando.
Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, a division of Canada’s largest homebuilder, said Mattamy plans to build 140 new townhomes at Nona Preserve at Lake Nona and currently has 10 move-in ready townhomes available.
New three-bedroom townhomes with two-and-a-half baths at Nona Preserve at Lake Nona range in size from 1,500 square feet of living space to 1,735 square feet and are priced from the $150s.
