Mattamy Homes Starts Construction at the Reserve at Loch Lake in Lake Mary Area, New Model Town Homes set to open in November

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes has started construction of the first town homes at the Reserve at Loch Lake, located off Lake Mary Blvd. on Sterling Pine Street (approximately two miles east of I-4).

Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest homebuilder, said the first model townhomes at the Reserve at Loch Lake will open in early November.

Mattamy plans to build 113 new three bedroom townhomes at the Reserve at Loch Lake that will range in size from 1,500 square feet of living space to 1,800 square feet, priced from the mid $100s, Parker said.
