Two Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty Agents Close on Sales of Six Homes in Volusia County that total more than $3.1 million

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Two Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty agents recently closed on six luxury home sales in the last 90 days in Volusia County that brought sellers a total of more than $3.1 million with an average sale price of $520,000.

Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said International Luxury Home Specialists Rachel McGrath and Debbie Keilin negotiated the sales in Port Orange, Ponce Inlet and Daytona Beach Shores.

The largest of the homes, a luxury home on the Intercoastal Waterway at 4044 Peninsula Drive in Ponce Inlet, sold for $767,668 after just 49 days on the market, Soderstrom said.

To market the home, McGrath and Keilin hosted an invitation only “Margaritaville” themed open house for area brokers, Soderstrom said.

Four of the homes are located at Spruce Creek Fly-in, the unique gated luxury community that includes airplane hangers and taxiways through the neighborhood.
