JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, which builds new single-family homes in six neighborhoods in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, St. Johns County and St. Augustine, earned Gold and Silver Awards during the recent Northeast Florida Home Builders Association’s St. Johns County Parade of Homes.
Kerry Soltis, Marketing Manager for Mattamy Homes in the Jacksonville region, said The Rosebury model home at Old Sebastian Point earned the Parade’s Gold Award among homes priced from $301,000 to $350,000.
Old Sebastian Point is located on Plaza Del Rio Drive near Woodlawn Rd. and Lewis Speedway Rd. west of U.S. 1 in St. Augustine.
Soltis said the Innovations Series single-family home offers three bedrooms plus a generous study with three baths, a formal dining room and family-sized gathering room in 2,117 square feet of living space plus a generous covered lanai and a three-car garage, priced from $229,990
Mattamy Homes is building new single-family homes at Old Sebastian Point starting at $197,990. There are 78 available home sites and four spec homes available to purchase. Most home sites back up to preserve or the central community pond.
Mattamy Homes earned a Silver Award for its two-story Kaila model home at Greenleaf Village at Nocatee, located off U.S. 1 just north of Race Track Rd. in Ponte Vedra.

Soltis said the Kaila model home – base priced at $239,990 – also features a spacious first floor master suite, a formal dining room, a family-sized gathering room with vaulted ceilings and an optional oversized covered lanai.
Mattamy is building new single-family homes at Greenleaf Village at Nocatee that range in size from 1,663 square feet of living space to 2,483 square feet affordably priced from $199,990. Mattamy is also offering additional floor plans at Austin Park at Nocatee from 2,100 to 3,200 square feet and priced from $258,990.
