ORLANDO, Fla. — New Home Star, which helps community developers and home builders staff and manage their new home sales offices, recently appointed Curt Roese, CPA as director of finance.
David Rice, president of New Home Star, said Roese is a certified public accountant and real estate broker who has more than 25 years of executive experience in home building, real estate and finance.
“Curt brings a wealth of knowledge about the local homebuilding industry as well as a deep-rooted understanding of financing for private builders. His skill set and experience is a welcome addition to our executive management team,” said Rice.
Roese founded Westmont Homes, a custom homebuilding company that won the prestigious Spring Parade of Homes award five times, and built the Green Builder VISION Series House in Orlando in 2008.
He is actively involved in charity work – raising money by completing five team-in-training events for the Central Florida Leukemia and Lymphoma society, as well as granting two wishes for the Make a Wish Foundation.
