ATLANTA, Ga. --- Ryland Homes recently opened a new model home at Ravenswood, a new community located off of Peachtree Parkway approximately one mile south of Exit 13 off Ga. Hwy 400 in South Forsyth County.
Bill Carter, vice president of sales and marketing at Ryland Homes in the Atlanta division, said the two-story Chatsworth “C” model home offers five bedrooms and four baths in 3,512 square feet of living space with a two-car garage, priced from $325,900.
Altogether, Ryland plans to build 39 single family homes at Ravenswood from Ryland’s Georgian Collection. Home sites in Ravenswood will average one-half acre and most homes will include side entry garages. All plans will have three-sides brick exterior, designer kitchens with 42” cabinets and granite countertops.
Four and five bedroom homes at Ravenswood will be priced from the low $300s and will range in size from 3,318 square feet of living space to 4,000 square feet.
