TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar has acquired 27 home sites at Bahia Cove, located off Shell Point Road in Ruskin.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Lennar plans to build four, five and six bedroom single family homes in five distinctive floor plans at Bahia Cove priced from the $190s to the $230s with two and three car garages.
New homes at Bahia Cove will range in size from 2,529 square feet of living space to 3,889 square feet, Metheny said.
