Ryland Homes to open two new models priced from the low $200s at Waters Edge at Lake Nona

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Ryland Homes in the Orlando region is opening two new model homes at Waters Edge at Lake Nona, a gated community located by Lake Nona off Narcoossee Road between SR 528 and the Greeneway (417) in southeast Orlando.

Angela Colston, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Orlando region, said the Kiley II model home will open the week of Oct. 17 with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,804 square feet of living space priced from $222,990 with a two car garage.

The Roarke II model home, with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths in 3,514 square feet of living space, will be priced from $302,990, Colston said.

Ryland plans to build 79 single family homes at Waters Edge priced from the low $200s to the mid $300s on 50 and 90 foot home sites.

New homes at Waters Edge at Lake Nona will range in size from 1,806 square feet of living space to 3,976 square feet.

Waters Edge at Lake Nona features homeowner access to a lakefront park, boat dock and storage with easy access to the University of Central Florida medical campus, Burnham Institute, Orlando International Airport and major arterial highways.
