Theresa Tilton, vice president of sales for Beazer homes in Orlando, said the two story Newbury II model home offers five bedrooms and three full baths with a half bath for guests, 3,500 square feet of living space and is priced from $231,990.
Beazer Homes at Sawgrass offers new single-family homes ranging from 1,400 square feet of living space to 3,200 square feet, priced from the $160s.
