CHARLESTON, S.C. – Ryland Homes has started sales in the second phase with 62 home sites at Charleston Oaks at Tanner Plantation, Ryland’s newest Charleston-area community located off North Rhett Avenue in Hanahan.
Don McDonough, division president for Ryland Homes in the Charleston region, said Ryland offers new three and four bedroom homes at Charleston Oaks that range in size from 1,893 square feet of living space to 3,437 square feet in 10 distinctive floor plans.
New home sales in the first phase at Charleston Oaks have been strong, McDonough said.
New homes at Charleston Oaks are priced from the low $210s.
