TAMPA, Fla. – Beazer Homes has started construction of the last six town homes at Sawgrass Village, located in Pinellas Park on 70th Avenue, south of Park Blvd., east of 48th Avenue.
Ed Suchora, market manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa Bay area, said the two and three bedroom townhomes are priced from the $140s with two-and-a-half baths and one-car garages.
Beazer Homes began building new homes at Sawgrass Village in 2005. When the last townhomes are completed, Beazer will have built and sold 308 townhomes there, Suchora said.
Sawgrass Village features a resort-style community swimming pool with a covered cabana, with easy commute to Tampa Bay’s shopping venues and beaches.
