TAMPA, Fla. --- Beazer Homes plans to start construction of new model homes in early February at FishHawk Ranch located off FishHawk Boulevard in Lithia.
Ed Suchora, market manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa Bay area, said Beazer’s new single family homes at FishHawk Ranch will range in size from 1,910 square feet of living space to 2,086 square feet with two-and-a-half baths and a two car garage.
Pricing will start in the $170s.
