MAITLAND, Fla. --- Emerson International, Inc. recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 1,838 square feet of office space at 2600 Maitland Center Parkway in Maitland.
Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International, said John Gilbert CBRE represented Emerson International in the lease agreement and Max Borling of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant, Futility First Insurance Group, Inc.
