APOLLO BEACH, Fla. --- Del Webb Southshore Falls in Apollo Beach will host a community event and reception on Saturday, Feb. 18 to showcase 10 floor plans and its Wellspring Club, a 14,000 square foot community facility that boasts a heated lagoon style swimming pool, ballroom and state-of-the-art fitness facility.
Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Del Webb in North Florida, said the event is free and open to the public from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
“We plan to provide plenty of appetizers, beverages in our model homes and live music by the pool,” Strickler explained. “It’s a chance to tour our four model homes where prospective homebuyers can meet our residents and find out what it’s really like to live here,” he said.
Del Webb Southshore Falls boasts 10 floor plans with two and three-bedroom homes including single-family home and villa floor plans priced from $129,990 to $208,990, Strickler said.
New homes at Del Web Southshore Falls range in size from 1,363 square feet of living space to 2,278 square feet.
The main attraction is Del Webb Southshore Falls’ Wellspring Club, a magnificent 14,000-square foot community clubhouse that features a heated lagoon style swimming pool, a resistance walking pool, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, an Internet café, billiards and game rooms, a grand ballroom, bocce ball courts, and putting green.
