JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, is nearing completion of the construction of two model homes at RiverTown, Mattamy’s newest community located off S.R. 13 in northwest St. Johns County.
Brian Paul, division president for Mattamy Homes in Jacksonville, said the first phase at RiverTown will include 31 new three and four bedroom homes, with the majority on 60 and 70 foot home sites.
Paul said the first model home, that will be open this month, is the Laurel+Loft, a four bedroom, three bath two-story design with a study in 2,873 square feet.
The second model home that will open in mid-March is the Periwinkle with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 2,571 square feet.
New single-family homes at RiverTown will range in size from 1,500 square feet of living space to 3,200 square feet.
RiverTown amenities that the developer will complete by April include the RiverHouse, two fitness centers, two swimming pools, tennis courts, children’s playgrounds throughout the community, three river gazebos and access to RiverTown Park.
