Winston James’ Beville Road Business Park leases 1,050 square foot Office to Longtime Local Business

SOUTH DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. --- The Beville Road Business Park in South Daytona, developed and owned by Winston-James Development Co., recently leased 1,050 square feet of office space to Daytona Pressure Washing, Equipment & Supply.

Winston Schwartz, president of Winston-James Development, said the new tenant owner is longtime local businessman Garry L. Boyd who is relocating from another Daytona industrial area. The firm provides equipment sales, parts and services of all types of pressure washing equipment.
