JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, earned five top Laurel Awards during the NEFBA’S (Northeast Florida Home Builders Association) recent Sales and Marketing Council awards banquet.
Kerry Soltis, marketing manager for Mattamy Homes in the Jacksonville region, said Mattamy’s Kaila model home at Greenleaf Village at Nocatee, located off of U.S. 1 just north of Race Track Rd. in Ponte Vedra in St. Johns County, won a Laurel Award for Best Interior Merchandising in the $325,000 to $350,000 price range.
Chandler Design of Jacksonville designed the Kaila model home interior at Greenleaf Village.
The Kaila model home at Greenleaf Village earned a second Laurel Award for having the “Best Sales Office under 800 square feet,” Soltis said.
The Laurel with Bonus Room at Greenleaf Village won the Laurel Award for “Best Architectural Design priced under $350,000.
Soltis said Susan Fredrickson, Mattamy’s site agent at Greenleaf Village, earned a Million Dollar Circle Award from the Northeast Florida Home Builders Association for new home sales that totaled more than $4 million.
And Mattamy Homes earned a fourth Laurel Award for Best Direct Mail advertising for its Cedar Bay direct mail piece.
Mattamy Homes builds townhomes and single-family homes priced from under $200,000 at Cedar Bay and Cornerstone at Watermill in Jacksonville, at Forest Hammock at Oakleaf Plantation in Orange Park, Greenleaf Village at Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, and six communities in St. Johns County
