Surprise, Ariz. ---- Mattamy Homes will start construction of two model homes in March and will be showcasing six new home designs at Heritage at Marley Park, located east of Reems Road and north of Cactus Road in Surprise.
Carolyn Morrison, vice president of operations for Mattamy Homes in Arizona, said the two new model homes---the Coventry and the Waterford---will open before the summer.
Mattamy Homes is building six distinctive three, four and five-bedroom new home designs at Heritage at Marley Park, priced from the180s. Homes range in size from 1,914 square feet of living space to 3,509 square feet with two and three-car garages. All of the homes feature open gathering rooms, spacious kitchens and the Waterford includes a casita for multi-generational living.
Marley Park offers amenities that include an elementary school, the Heritage Pool House, walk and jogging paths, resident events and the new community is situated across from Founder’s Park, just one of the several themed parks in each neighborhood.
